What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with internal teams, offshore teams, and carrier support desks to resolve access issues
- Review, standardize, and update carrier logins for seamless access
- Clean up credentials and ensure accurate contact information is documented
- Document the final status for each login to maintain organized records
- Assist in streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively
- Willingness to engage with internal and offshore teams
- Basic understanding of technology and access management
- Availability for the duration of the project (6-8 weeks)
