- Under the direction of the Supply Management M Sr. Leader over ship Directors or Sr. Director of Supplier Risk Management and Supply Management Digital Transformation, this role will be responsible for managing the inputs, outputs, and day-to-day relationship with the 3rd party providers ies to maximize and optimize the utilization of the various Risk management tools used by Red Cross (e.g. Resilinc, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.).
- May provide support for projects and operations including, but not limited to, analysis, reporting, market research and, proposals. budget forecasting and scheduling. For example:
- This position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities to support category leaders with operational supplier risk management activities including but not limited to obtaining, analyzing data and making recommendations utilizing 3rd party tools used by Red Cross.
- May conduct risk, resource, cost-benefit, variance, impact and/or other analyses of moderate complexity.
- May develop metrics for and monitor performance of those metrics as applicable. business unit, organization, initiatives, program/project, and/or business operations.
- May participate in responding to various internal audits, external audits and 3rd party assessments and then later work on the resolutions, changes, change management and implementations and on-going quality control as applicable to improving processes and risk management activities.
- Responsibilities will include creating, tracking, and updating Dashboards and Reports for Supplier Risk Management related activities such as supplier onboarding and offboarding metrics, results of continuous risk monitoring of existing suppliers and
- Analytics to inform what reports or documents are presented to various executive and sr. leadership governance boards, committees, or councils.
- May develop modeling and reporting tools or other systems for monitoring and analyzing performance or data integrity. Such as:
- Perform Risk Analysis, risk cost benefit analysis, KPI development and metrics for strategic Supply Management initiatives.
- Content development, updates, and continuous improvement and implementation of the Supply Management Department SharePoint site and Supply Management content on Red Cross Intranet site to ensure content is accurate, relevant, current, and aligned with Corporate Supply Management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- May coordinate certain operational support activities on behalf of business unit as related to procurement and supplier risk management activities such as business development, human resources, administration, budget management, business information systems, logistics and contracts.
- This role provides overall strategic and operational assistance for Supply Management Digital Transformation and Supplier Risk Management activities. This individual will work in close collaboration Category Leaders within all departments that have procurement responsibilities as assigned per Corporate policies (i.e. primarily Supply Management, Shared Services and Real Estate Services).

This is a contributor role that collaborates with all Supply Management staff and multiple partners in other departments. The position will be responsible for collaborating in the development, implementation, and support as needed with the operational day to day supplier risk activities across the Red Cross enterprise.
Under limited supervision, this individual will provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and decision support for supply management business operations, planning and development, and program/project activities covering areas such as supply management business process development. Assist with determining requirements and translating them into organizational plans. May perform certain operational activities on behalf of the Supply Management business unit (i.e. corporate function). This role will provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to volunteers when applicable.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.

Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout chapter jurisdiction, state and Red Cross system.
PAY INFORMATION: The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**About the company
