      We are looking for an exceptionally talented Talent Management Analyst to join our team! In this exciting role you will be accountable for providing program coordination and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of a wide variety of Talent Management programs and initiatives.

      What you will do:

      • Provide expertise in the design and administration of various team/program SharePoint sites.

      • Extrapolate, assesses data and generate reports on Talent Management metrics achieved to inform processes and further build on programs.

      • Open in-person courses and ensure vendors are set up for success in their facilitation, and arrange set up of venues including catering and AV equipment.

      • Maintain Enbridge’s e-wide ELink intranet site with TM Program and Process related information, QRG’s and other related documents.

      • Maintain strong working knowledge of Workday Learning or other related learning management systems to appropriately promote, register, mark completions and track participants learning paths.

      • As part of the Tier 3 model of support, provide timely customer service in handling client inquiries on behalf of TM (i.e. global inboxes, My HR, adhoc emails).

      • Provide project management support on new initiatives such as identifying deliverables, creating communication templates, and providing research analysis.

      • Support the administration of TM contracts, and timely processing of invoices and create data files/reports to maintain relevant TM data and metrics to support Talent Management requirements.

      What will you need to succeed?

      • University Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered.

      • 5 or more years of senior level administrator experience

      • Advanced experience with SharePoint and MS Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Knowledge of Workday Learning and Oracle preferred.

      • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to details and ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

      • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills as working with diverse workforce and styles.

      • Ability to make suggestions to streamline and provide continuous process improvements.

      • Strong problem solving skills including the ability to proactively address day-to-day issues and challenges.

      Note:

      • This position will be offered as a temporary assignment with an expected end date of March 2025.

      • This role does not oversee talent acquisition or recruitment activities.
