What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and enhance processes to support delivery for Infrastructure Technical teams
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Leadership to prioritize and oversee project tasks
- Utilize project metrics for assessing progress and driving project implementation
- Act as an escalation point for project management offices to ensure timely task completion
- Leverage ServiceNow for reporting operational project metrics to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience
- Minimum of 4 years in Project Management or Project Management Office functions
- At least 5 years of relevant technical and business experience
- 5+ years of Project Coordination experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and Google Workspace

- Project management degree, diploma, or certification
- Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
