- Document requirements for testing criteria/strategy as the initial start of Business Process Testing.
- Ensure business processes comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Lines of Business to identify applicable data fields or logic to ensure test script/plan aligns with actual processes.
- Ensure test scripts/plans remain up to date on any process, legal or client guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst to develop population reports.
- Work closely with other test developers to design, and implement testing strategy and test plans, maintaining detailed documentation.
- Analyze test results, reporting testing observations, including documenting fails.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test scripts/plans.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts, when or where applicable.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects.
- Monitor correcting any defect process results.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
- Assist in building data analytics/ building dashboards.
- Assist in identifying root cause scenarios and possible corrective actions.
- Track Operational Issues, Internal Audit and External Audit findings and determine testing protocols.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have analytical/critical thinking skills to understand/communicate data metrics.
- Rapidly adapt to changing information, conditions and/or unexpected obstacles.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
- Must have ability to collaborate with different levels of Servicing Leadership.
- Sufficient statistical and mathematical skills.
- Must be confident and reliable.
- Should be consistent and display a high level of accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or six (6) to eight (8) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mortgage Servicing experience.
- Fiserv experience.
- Should be experienced in SQL, MS Excel, Adobe and statistical sampling.
Summary:
The Analyst, Test Script will perform assigned functions within the Servicing Governance and Control team in a timely and accurate manner. The primary role, of the Business Analyst, is to execute the development of test scripts/plans, on the end-to-end processes within Servicing Operations. Additionally, the test developer will create test and population criteria.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, commissions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
