      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead projects through the interconnection process from inception to Commercial Operation for utility-scale solar and storage projects
      - Evaluate transmission and interconnection tariffs, costs, and timelines, providing strategic guidance to project teams
      - Coordinate interconnection requirements including applications, studies, agreements, and execution milestones
      - Negotiate interconnection study results and agreements with utilities for favorable project outcomes
      - Build and maintain relationships with utilities and ISOs to track interconnection progress and ensure timely project completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of related experience in interconnection and project development or transmission planning at a utility, ISO/RTO, or project developer
      - Deep understanding of CAISO and WECC utilities tariffs, interconnection processes, and transmission planning
      - Proven ability to work autonomously, find creative solutions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for summarizing technical processes for diverse audiences
      - Experience in reading and negotiating long legal contracts such as Interconnection Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with OASIS/OATI, GE PSLF, PSSE, Grid view, and/or AutoCAD
      - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering and/or MBA
      - Experience with utilities and ISOs
      - Knowledge of queue reforms and study changes
