      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Order, track, and secure third-party reports from various vendors for the underwriting team
      - Conduct comprehensive credit and negative media searches, documenting findings for the underwriting file
      - Collect and verify underwriting due diligence from borrowers and distribute it to the underwriting team
      - Scrutinize credit reports and confirm liquidity and mortgages for underwritten sponsors
      - Facilitate scheduling and logistics of property site inspections, acting as a liaison with stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Recent college graduate or a professional with limited to no experience in real estate
      - Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and relevant software systems
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
      - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information and solve problems independently
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
