What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop hypotheses, conduct research, and perform both qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Collaborate on the creation of client deliverables, including presentation materials and strategy documents
- Support business development and priority initiatives within the organization
- Contribute to the growth and success of colleagues and the firm
- Gain experience working on projects across various facets of the social impact sector
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree completed or in progress, with anticipated completion within one year
- Relevant work or internship experience in fields such as management consulting, investment banking, or non-profit organizations
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of emotional intelligence and strong communication abilities
- Demonstrated interest in the global and/or domestic social impact sector
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in or understanding of the communities served by the employer and its clients
- Working proficiency or fluency in languages other than English
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continual improvement and innovation
