      - High level of emotional intelligence and strong communication abilities
      - Demonstrated interest in the global and/or domestic social impact sector

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in or understanding of the communities served by the employer and its clients
      - Working proficiency or fluency in languages other than English
      - Intellectual curiosity and a desire for continual improvement and innovation
