      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain accurate headcount forecasts based on historical data and business trends
      - Analyze call volume and other metrics to determine optimal staffing levels across support channels
      - Create and manage capacity models to project resource needs and identify gaps or surpluses
      - Collaborate with BPO partners on capacity planning and performance management
      - Partner with leadership to develop workflows, reports, and initiatives for successful staffing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in workforce capacity planning, preferably in a customer support environment
      - Strong understanding of customer support metrics and KPIs
      - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, & Looker)
      - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
      - Strong attention to detail and capability in analyzing data for strategic decision-making
