What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement analytical solutions tailored to client needs
- Serve as the subject matter expert on analytical solutions and data specifications
- Execute quantitative analyses, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation
- Organize and analyze data to identify trends and develop actionable insights
- Collaborate with Program Management & IT teams to optimize marketing programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of directly related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in SAS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience conducting statistical analysis and understanding B2C/B2B marketing concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate-level degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a similar field
- Salesforce experience
- Dashboarding experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Domo
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake
- Willingness to travel up to 5% or more
