- Req#: ANALY004883
- Own the creation and distribution of weekly release notes detailing changes, enhancements, and bug fixes across dashboards, data processes, and analytics tools.
- Partner with product owners and developers to translate technical updates into business-friendly language.
- Develop and manage change communications for new features, data model updates, and tool rollouts.
- Create internal training or reference materials to support user adoption.
- Maintain and update the internal SharePoint site for the Analytics team, ensuring content is current, accessible, and well structured.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Communications, and/or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in internal communications, technical documentation, or change management - ideally within an analytics or data driven team.
- Familiarity with data concepts, business intelligence platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), and Agile project environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams required. Azure DevOps a plus.
- Strong written communication and story telling skills, especially translating technical content for non-technical audiences.
Position: Analytics Communications Analyst
The Analytics Communications Analyst will be part of the Monogram Health Analytics organization consisting of actuarial, underwriting, reporting, and medical economics team members. This team is focused on building a high-performance organization that is responsible for all financial, operational, and quality reporting for Monogram Health and its clients, as well as driving analytics discussions in support of our large growth initiatives.
This position will play a crucial role in ensuring transparency clarity, and adoption of new analytics products and processes across the business. The ideal candidate has experience with internal communications, documentation best practices, and stakeholder engagement within a technical or data-driven environment. This position reports to the VP, Reporting & Analytics Engineering.
