- Consult with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize key data and analytic solutions that will drive significant business value for their organization
- Define solution features and prioritization of features while balancing customer/business impacts, and create business requirements intended for digital architects, development scrum teams designers, or product managers
- Collaborate with Business Process Integration leads, technology partners, end users, developers, and other stakeholders to drive the successful deliver solutions
- Provide senior stakeholders with insight and transparency to solution overview, metrics, development lifecycle and project status
- Help remove roadblocks and obstacles to ensure the successful delivery of solution features
- Understanding of data integration patterns and migrating legacy based integrations to real time integrations
- Create data requirements, epics and stories, process flows, mapping documents, and implementation plans
- Utilize data quality tools and technologies to automate data profiling, cleansing, and validation processes
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas suitable for automation
- Investigate data quality issues and identify the root causes behind data inaccuracies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as data owners, data stewards, and IT teams, to understand underlying issues and implement corrective actions
- 3-5 years of business experience in a business analysis oriented role, ideally in financial products/ financial industry experience (although not required)
- Strong technical skills and be comfortable with using SQL
- Must be highly analytical and have strong communication and presentation skills
- Work experience across broad range of analytics tools
- Experience in data analysis, data management, technology development, ML analytical technology and/or comparable business integration concepts
- Have an analytical and curious mindset to ask insightful questions
- Experience planning, managing and leading high-visibility projects in a high-paced, constantly changing and highly matrixed work environment
- Analyze various JP Morgan Chase and 3rd party data sources to inform strategies and turn data discoveries and process into operational capabilities

You will support the creation and continuous improvement of best-fit, data products and delivery solutions to make commercial banking employees more effective and efficient in their roles, with specific focus on CRM Platform Services functions. You will partner closely with business process integration leads to deliver solutions using a combination of existing data assets and also identify new capabilities that need to be developed - in some cases, directly supporting the new capability development. As the role brings together aspects of product management and business process/operations, you will work in a dynamic cross-functional environment. You must have superior data analysis skills and the ability to articulate themes and to formulate recommendations.
