What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and manage Google Tag Manager configurations for accurate marketing data collection
- Monitor and troubleshoot tracking implementation issues across various marketing platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to document tracking requirements and implement new conversion events
- Conduct regular audits of marketing data collection systems to resolve discrepancies and quality issues
- Develop and maintain IT-centric analytics reports for performance analysis and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sign the Statement of Faith
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing marketing tracking technologies
- Google Tag Manager certification or demonstrated equivalent expertise
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations impacting marketing data collection practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Google Analytics certification (GA4) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
- Familiarity with APIs and server-side tracking methodologies
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for troubleshooting tracking code
- A Charis Bible College student or graduate
