Translate business requirements and enhancement requests from finance teams into Anaplan builds, as part of both new and existing Anaplan models
Maintain existing Anaplan models for the Real Estate Debt and Equity funds
Collaborate with Business Analytics team to ensure data consistency across business functions as well as continuity with existing processes
Optimize data integration with Anaplan from various sources and investigate ways to enhance performance in Anaplan
Work closely with finance teams to analyze existing workflows, recommend improvements, and develop technology-driven solutions to optimize processes
Conduct training sessions for end users of Anaplan models on Anaplan functionalities and best practices, facilitating knowledge transfer and collaboration
Implement rigorous testing procedures to validate Anaplan model accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements
Help drive Brookfield’s Anaplan initiative by socializing the tool and presenting demos to prospective Brookfield teams
Assist with evaluation of new technology tools that support digital transformation at Brookfield
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of applicable professional experience, ideally in an Anaplan role and/or a quantitative or analytical role
Certified Anaplan Model Builder (passed Level 1 and Level 2 of Anaplan’s Model Building course) with experience and ability to create financial models in Anaplan (Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certifications a plus)
Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and data strategy implementation within financial services or related industries
Strong project management and organizational skills, including communication, awareness of project timelines, and ability to multitask
Advanced Excel skills
Interest or background in private equity and/or real estate a plus

Job DescriptionBrookfield Real Estate Group is looking for a motivated individual with Anaplan experience to join the newly created Digital Transformation Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the Real Estate organization’s digital transformation initiatives, including spearheading strategic initiatives for process automation, streamlining operations, and integrating Anaplan with business processes. The individual will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration with various groups, including FP&A, FinOps, Portfolio Management, Investments, and others. Join the Digital Transformation team to make a significant impact on Brookfield’s future by driving innovation and leveraging technology to optimize operations and deliver enhanced value to our clients and investors. This position is fully onsite and is based out of our New York office.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
