      The VITALSOLUTION Anesthesia Recruiter is a driving force behind creating visibility with Anesthesiologist and CRNA candidates who are interested in joining our practice management solution!

      Playing an end-to-end role (proactively sourcing, recruiting against requisitions, working through the full applicant tracking process), the Recruiter creatively sources, screens and recruits Anesthesiologist and CRNA candidates using self-generated candidate leads, leads received from our sourcing team and the company database.

      This role is responsible for making placements against immediate-term open requisitions, as well as nurturing long-term relationships with prospective candidates. Our culture and mentality is high-touch, and high-value - and we serve our candidates in representing just the right opportunity for their needs, at the right time.

      Similarly, we operate within a creative model for our clients - so the Recruiter needs to find candidates whose life demands and interests lend themselves to a long-term commitment to our model. Our process would resonate with recruiters experienced in perm recruitment as the Recruiter represents compensation, the schedule, details of the client and location, and the call requirements to prospective candidates.

      What you'll do:
      • Plans, implements and develops recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques independently to identify qualified physician candidates
      • Places outgoing calls to potential provider candidates for recruiting purposes
      • Communicates all contract and benefits details accurately and thoroughly to provider throughout the recruitment process to minimize provider-initiated contract terminations
      • Places qualified providers with current and new clients nationally, by actively sourcing qualified candidates and maintaining current database
      • Builds and fosters professional relationships with healthcare professionals while serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the company
      • Negotiates contract terms with providers including offers
      • Resolves provider issues and escalates them as needed
      • Exercises appropriate sales strategies based on needs of the candidate
      • Conducts reference verifications
      • Assist in credentialing document collection and verification.
      • Performs additional duties as assigned by management


      What you'll bring:
      • Three plus years of recruiting experience
      • Anesthesia experience is preferred
      • Perm recruitment experience is preferred
      • Healthcare perm and locum experience will be considered
      • Strong investigative networking skills; and working knowledge of creative sourcing tools and strategies
      • Experience with contract negotiations with candidates, 1099 contracts, a plus
      • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
      • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills within a service environment
      • Excellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills
      • Exercises accuracy and attention to detail, as well as discretion


      PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
      • Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
      • Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
      • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing

      Compensation Range
      $51,700.00 - $64,600.00

      Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
