What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the development and implementation of annual giving programs, including recurring and peer-to-peer giving
- Collaborate with Communications to ensure timely and consistent messaging across fundraising materials
- Support mid-level and major donor efforts through the creation of cultivation and appeal materials
- Manage digital communication pathways and donor communication content
- Maintain accurate profiles on fundraising due-diligence platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple work streams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with donor databases
- Superior relationship-building and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of fundraising fundamentals, including prospect identification and donor stewardship
- Practical knowledge of annual giving operations and donor participation strategies
- Critical and strategic thinking capabilities regarding annual fund tasks
- Excellent communication skills in various formats
- Experience with graphic design platforms like Canva
