      Title

      Digital Assets Specialist

      Reports to

      Associate Manager

      Overview

      The Digital Asset Specialist is responsible for ensuring the progress of images created for
      e-comm PDP through the retouching team. The primary objective of this role is to maintain communication with cross functional teams, track priority styles, ensure accurate sku data on all images in STEP and DAM, manage the digital asset from the studio to post production to activation

      Responsibilities
      • Keep track of all image assets across studio workflow (from capture to activation)
      • Upload all product images for Anthropologies' Web Studio completed by retouchers
      • Prioritize styles to ensure products tied to marketing are uploaded for activation
      • Input image data into STEP (Merchandise Tracking System)
      • Be involved with transition to the DAM (Adobe Experience Manager)
      • Anticipate and solve errors to avoid costly activation delays
      • Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset life cycle
      • Implement new processes to create more efficient workflow practices
      • Work collaboratively with photographers, merchandisers and production departments to communicate that all images are available, labeled correctly and up to date
      • React quickly to requests and take action when necessary

      Qualifications
      • Proven ability to work efficiently and handle a high volume of images and requests
      • Ability to integrate new technologies and learn systems/ software
      • Knowledge of photo studio operations, photo editing and merchandising
      • Proactive, motivated, dedicated and able to take initiative.
      • Must work well in a team environment, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

      Job Skills
      • Knowledge of PIM systems
      • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop CC and Microsoft Excel.
      • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Extremely organized

      Education

      Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Fashion, Design or a related field
