What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process invoices by matching purchase orders to invoices and entering data into Oracle and OnBase
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries, validating payee information, and ensuring compliance with policies
- Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies concerning invoices and purchase orders
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings in the accounts payable process
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers through timely communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an Associate’s degree in accounting/bookkeeping and two years of accounting technician/bookkeeping experience; OR
- Four years of accounting technician/bookkeeping experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of experience and training
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus
