What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices and payment preparation
- Oversee the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely categorization and routing of invoices
- Build and maintain vendor folders, collecting and organizing required documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to maintain high customer service levels
- Execute quarterly projects and meet all month-end deliverable deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Great Plains)
- Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive business results and engagement
- Familiarity with financial wellness tools and practices
