What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll for APAC entities, including base pay, stock compensation, payroll taxes, and benefits
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, including reviewing and approving journal entries
- Collaborate with business partners to identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Support payroll regulatory filings and manage implementation processes for new countries or entities
- Provide a first-class onboarding and payroll experience by partnering closely with HR, Employee Services, and Finance teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of payroll across the APAC region, including countries such as Singapore, Japan, Australia, and India
- Expertise in performing end-to-end global payroll processes and understanding general business operations
- Experience with ADP products (Celergo, GlobalView, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with external advisors and internal teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar payroll analyst role within the APAC region
- Familiarity with payroll regulatory requirements across various APAC countries
- Proven track record of successfully implementing payroll process improvements
