      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
      - Track invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts
      - Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies
      - Assist with reporting and month-end close activities
      - Utilize accounting software and digital tools for daily tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of AP/AR experience, preferably in construction or a related industry
      - Strong understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes
      - Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with accounting systems and cloud-based tools
      - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with construction-specific accounting software (e.g., Sage, Procore, QuickBooks)
      - Familiarity with lien waivers, project billing, or subcontractor payment processes
