      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development, submission, and approval of Advance Planning Documents (APDs) for federally funded projects
      - Ensure compliance with federal funding rules and cost-sharing requirements
      - Act as the primary liaison with federal agencies to secure funding approvals and address compliance concerns
      - Monitor federal and state expenditures and prepare financial reports for federal agencies
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders to align funding strategies with state and federal priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in APD process management related to federally funded IT modernization or public assistance programs
      - At least 5 years of expertise in federal funding and compliance, including knowledge of OMB Circular A-87 and 42 CFR 433.112
      - 5+ years of direct experience working with HHS, FNS, or other federal agencies for funding and compliance management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in IT modernization and system implementation for public assistance programs such as SNAP or WIC
      - 3+ years of expertise in financial tracking and cost allocation for federally funded projects
      - 3+ years of project management experience, particularly in leading funding initiatives and improving APD workflows
