What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit, prescreen, and schedule apheresis/platelet donors via various telecommunications channels
- Utilize targeted outreach strategies to convert known donors into platelet donors
- Maintain daily production thresholds for calls and appointments to meet platelet collection goals
- Manage donor information using scheduling and donor relationship management software
- Provide exceptional communication and service to donors, addressing inquiries and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume customer service center or upselling sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or blood donation industry
- Familiarity with Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and their relation to departmental goals
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to identify trends
- Willingness to participate in a two-week onsite training
