What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and consulting to clients, developers, and partners using the API ecosystem
- Utilize API expertise to efficiently respond to cases via a ticketing system
- Offer timely assistance in Slack to Customer Success teams
- Manage technical and product issues related to API endpoints and the developer ecosystem
- Develop training content and contribute to Knowledgebase articles regarding APIs and integrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, integration, or API-focused troubleshooting role
- Must have a development background and client-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Postman or scripting languages is highly desirable

- Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts in writing and verbally
- Proven track record of taking personal responsibility for resolving client issues
