      The role holder will be responsible for leading design and implementation, support and maintenance of the Bank’s applications and analytic tools based on Appian platform, supporting Risk, Finance and Treasury and other teams in the execution of their business processes.
      As an experienced Appian Developer, you will:

      • Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies
      • Provide demonstrations to project teams and end users throughout the entire project life-cycle
      • Support and maintain new and existing implementations, in a DevOps pipeline with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), but also facilitating manual deployment for legacy applications where necessary
      • Participate in user story grooming sessions, peer review of code, testing and bug-fixing
      • Assist in identifying other business process opportunities which could be targeted with Appian's software
      • Provide system administration capability and liaise with Support team for service handover and supporting incident resolution

      • Work with key stakeholders to define business processed and gather functional and technical system requirements
      • Design and implement BPM and workflow based solutions using Appian platform

      Skills that will help you in the role:
      • Overall extensive years’ experience of IT experience
      • Relevant years recent experience as Appian Designer & Developer including latest releases (18x/19.x and above), with proven end-to-end delivery experience across a number of projects
      • Formal Certification as an Appian Developer L2
      • Required working knowledge with SQL, query editing and performance tuning. Preferred working experience with Java, Web Services, API integration
      • Experience with SDLC, configuration, deployment and testing of enterprise applications
      • Experience in working on cross-functional teams building products using Agile methodologies and DevOps
      • Experience in working with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements
      • Familiarity with MS Office Product Suite (Word / Excel / Power Point)
      • Experience in Salesforce
      • Experience in Testing automation
      • Project management experience
      • Experience in Leading a team
      • Experience in Delivery lead role
