What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical expertise in the development and implementation of clinical and revenue cycle applications
- Support new project development including system analysis, planning, and preparation
- Document and maintain all required system design and build documents
- Develop and deliver application-specific training curriculums and materials
- Log, track, and resolve issues related to software modifications or enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with extensive work experience considered in lieu of education
- Obtain Epic Certification in assigned modules within 90 days of training completion
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or similar fields
- Ability to respond to calls in the event of a disaster
- Availability for day shifts, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with quality improvement applications
- Strong documentation and procedural skills
- Previous experience in training or development of training materials
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
