      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure, implement, and support the Epic Clinical Practice Office Management (CPOM) module
      - Collaborate with clinical staff and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Epic solutions
      - Gather and analyze data to make recommendations for application processes
      - Provide primary support for customers while maintaining systems consistent with healthcare regulations
      - Enhance workflow and optimize business processes through analytical experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Epic Certification in CPOM preferred
      - Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience required
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry rules and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in a mission-critical hospital or healthcare environment
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical staff and IT teams
