What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and maintenance for various healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
- Analyze and diagnose problems to determine resolutions for stakeholders
- Configure, test, install, implement, and monitor complex systems and workflows
- Document and recommend workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements
- Collaborate with external vendors for integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of third-party applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience
- Ability to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of system analysis, operating systems, and assessing needs based on documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic HIM Certification or Epic Hospital Coding Certification
- Experience as a 3M/Solventum System Administrator
- Familiarity with Hospital Coding and Revenue Services Workflow
