What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, map, measure, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes for assigned applications
- Prepare documentation for business requirements using various modeling techniques
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system performance
- Provide training and support to clients and users, ensuring effective use of applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in business process mapping and analysis
- Experience in healthcare applications and project management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with WFM, NLU/BOT, and integrations
- Familiarity with healthcare applications and systems
- Project management certification or experience using project management software
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements into system specifications
