      We are seeking a highly skilled Epic UDS Application Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is critical in supporting and optimizing our Epic UDS reporting workflows, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our network. You will serve as the primary support contact for Epic UDS functionality, collaborating closely with clinical, technical, and reporting teams to meet HRSA reporting requirements for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Serve as the subject matter expert and lead contact for Epic UDS functionality.
      • Analyze and optimize Epic workflows to improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of UDS reporting.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and completeness for HRSA submissions.
      • Troubleshoot application and data issues; manage and resolve error queues related to UDS reporting.
      • Participate in development, testing, and deployment of reporting tools and system updates.
      • Provide end-user support and training for UDS reporting processes and best practices.
      • Maintain documentation related to UDS workflows, procedures, and configurations.
      • Stay current with HRSA requirements and industry trends to guide compliance efforts and process improvement.

      Education & Experience Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
      • 3-5 years of experience working in healthcare data analytics or health IT, preferably within FQHCs or similar environments.
      • Epic UDS certification is required.
      • Epic Ambulatory or related certifications are a plus.
      • Strong understanding of public health reporting and regulatory compliance (HRSA, UDS, etc.).
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
