      Pay Rate :

      $79,100 - $105,500

      Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s short-term incentive plan.

      The Job You Will Perform:

      • Define technical solutions based on business requirements and Information Technology improvement initiatives that provide value add to the customer. Translate business's requirements to functional specifications, work estimates and project schedule
      • Providing support assistance on medium/high complex Incident/Problem Support Tickets and/or discretionary Project/Enhancement work
      • Assisting with analysis and design, unit testing, go-live and sustain activities through formal Project methodologies
      • Responsible for all aspects of functional process analysis, design, improvement, unit testing, implementation of solutions for new and existing business processes
      • Is instrumental in reviewing, learning and helping mature : Business and Functional Requirements - Technical Specifications - Technical Roadmaps - Work Estimates - Project Scheduling - DR/BC Planning / Exercises - Archiving
      • Being an effective advanced apprentice of ERP and other application systems (e.g. Amtech, BME, CieTrade, Kiwi, Witron) best practices, processes, procedures and policies as they are impacted and supported by Packaging Systems
      • Other Duties as Assigned

      The Skills You Will Bring:

      Required:

      • Well versed in formal ticket processing procedures and working medium/high complex issues with minimal guidance
      • "Application System Delivery Lifecycle" competent
      • Demonstrates a "high " degree of IT technical knowledge
      • Experience and knowledge of ERP application systems
      • Understands critical application/infrastructure success factors
      • Works effectively within a team (team player)
      • Works well in a complex, fast-paced environment
      • Experience in an environment with 100+ installations
      • Understands business processes and information needs
      • – varies by role
      • Participates in the 24x7x365 sustain/support operations for availability of the company’s global packaging operations / businesses
      • This position may interface with multiple levels of IT and Business Partners and should have the ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form at each level
      • Degree Required: Minimum AA/Technical degree in IT/MIS area or demonstrated work experience equivalent
      • Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in IT or related IT discipline; Post-graduate MBA or business degree a strong plus

      Manufacturing Preferred Technical Skills:

      • 5+ years of:
        • Working in Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments
        • ERP application experience (functional and/or technical)
        • Development and Tech support in the manufacturing industry
      • 3+ years of:
        • MySQL/SQL query execution and/or development- other database structures to be considered
        • Ability to maintain/update data analytics reporting (PowerBI, Crystal) of medium/high complexity
        • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or GIT

      Incremental Preferred:

      • Excellent working knowledge of RedHat Linux, or other database
      • Web Support (CSS)
      • Knowledgeable in a proven project methodology process
      • Bilingual Spanish a plus
