Job Description

Develops/Configures the application, integrations data and infrastructure and design in accordance with business requirements.
Conducts changes required to existing systems (e.g. upgrades/new releases, optimization, preventative maintenance, fixes, etc.)
Conducts Technical testing and supports Business testing until bugs are resolved
Develops and deploys proof of concepts, prototypes and evaluates opportunities to leverage agile methodologies and tools
Develops and maintains code and configuration repositories to ensure code is centrally monitored/managed
Support the change and release management process (ITIL) including defining release strategy & associated task planning for Product Squad Deliverables and Projects
Provides application support, including on-call support as required to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Identifies potential solution risks/issues and escalates/communicates to relevant key stakeholders (business/technology/vendors) to ensure mitigation strategies are in place
Maintains documentation to ensure key process and procedures are current.
Communicates with key stakeholders for updates, impacts to services, intake, etc.
Ensures compliance, governance and audit expectations are met through execution of Disaster Recovery Plans, providing Audit responses, etc.
Contributes to Request for Proposals by providing Technical Requirements and supporting vendor evaluations.
Supports varying applications used across Corporate Divisions such as (but not limited to): MS D365 Finance & Operations, Salesforce, Workday, etc.

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Application Development Manager to assess, design, develop, configure and implement the application/infrastructure solutions to support the business requirements to meet customer expectations. Collaborates with stakeholders across OLG to ensure that the application/infrastructure solution designs and developments drive the desired business results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY
Work Experience: ● Minimum six (6) years’ experience in progressively advancing roles within Technology or closely related function ● Minimum of four (4) years' experience in solution application/infrastructure design, development and/or delivery ● Provides Subject Matter Expertise and/or guidance to broader team ● Experience managing SaaS and both on-premises and cloud application environments
Education: post-secondary degree, preferably in Enterprise Technology Systems, business administration discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
