The Procurement Team manage a significant proportion of the total easyJet external spend which in FY23 was over £2Billion per annum, covering Customer, Operations, Fuel, Commercial, Business, Corporate, Finance, People and IT functions. The Lead Procurement Manager, Process, Policy and Continuous Improvement reports to the Director of Procurement.
Join us in a pivotal role leading easyJet’s emerging approach to supplier management, focusing on risk management, process improvements, governance, reporting, compliance and training. You’ll be engaging with leaders and managers across the business to promote and educate the business on the value of Procurement
Passionate about easyJet's mission to make travel 'easy and affordable,' you'll drive business-related improvement initiatives, encouraging trust and collaboration throughout the organisation.
With a focus on process excellence, you’ll help ensure easyJet can meet the requirements of legislation and regulations, particularly focusing on how we can drive the best outcomes regarding ESG (CSRD/CSDDD) and other issues.
You’ll focus on continuous improvement, optimising procurement processes, embracing emerging technologies like AI, and fostering innovation. You'll lead a talented team, driving efficiency, and promoting a culture of excellence. !*!What you need to do the role
You'll need to bring extensive expertise in procurement, category management and supplier management, excelling at establishing robust relationships with and having a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including C-suite executives.As a proactive self-starter, you'll thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to influence senior management and enact positive change.
Fluent in English with proficiency in European languages, you'll need to possess keen business acumen and excel in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to elevate procurement operations. With effective communication and team collaboration, you'll be poised to anticipate and tackle challenges head-on, driving success in any setting.

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
