      Job Description

Would you like to work on important and meaningful IT solutions that directly impact our business? Would you like to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, self-organized, agile team using modern tools and methods? We want to hear from you now - apply today!

Our Systems Integration Platform is a critical enabler for our digital transformation journey. It enables fast, efficient, and secure data and information exchange across essential systems and applications. As a member of our team, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact integration solutions. You will work with stakeholders and delivery squads to ensure we deliver the right value and outcomes at the right time.

Terms like agile, automation, continuous integration, and deployment are not just "buzzwords" in our team. As the team is self-organized, self-driven, and has full ownership of the Platform, you will participate in shaping the Platform's future - its mission, goals, roadmap, and ways of working.

We highly value our team spirit based on mutual respect, good relationships, and a "no blame" culture. We have adopted a flexible hybrid working model. In a great collaborative office environment, you will enjoy coming to the office to have productive team meetings - brainstorming, planning, designing, etc. When you need to be productive and focus on individual work, you will work from home with the company's full support.

      Responsibilities

      • Actively participate in the Platform's demand management activities - assessment, prioritization, estimation, team capacity planning and forecasting, etc.

      • Work with customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and capturing their requirements.

      • Lead technical squads and coordinate end-to-end delivery of specific APIs and integrations - from initial demand to final release in production.

      • Actively collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and other delivery leads from the Platform team to ensure we provide the right solution for our stakeholders at the right time.

      Education:

      BS Degree

      Expected skills and experience

      • Proven track record of successful IT delivery work.

      • 3 years experience in working with stakeholders - understanding needs and translating them to requirements for delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and collaborating with stakeholders on the overall delivery plan.

      • 3 years experience in leading and coordinating the delivery of technical squads - planning and estimating effort, identifying risks and dependencies, removing obstacles, and supporting the technical squads in their work.

      • Experience delivering IT solutions in a larger organization, assessing risks and dependencies from collaboration with other teams.

      • Excellent project management skills - planning, estimation, coordination of effort, status tracking, etc.

      • Experience in agile delivery - focus on customers, short feedback cycles, focus on outcomes and value, data-driven decisions, etc.

      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The official communication language is English.

      • High-level knowledge and understanding of the systems and application integration technical area - APIs, integration patterns, cloud technologies, etc.

Nice to have skills and experience

      • A technical background is a big plus - experience in solution architecture, software engineering, cloud computing, DevOps, SRE, etc.

      • Experience in people management - working with people, administrative tasks, growing talent, supporting professional and personal development, etc.

      • Experience in product management - adopting the product model and the product mindset.

      • Product management or project management certification.

      • A general understanding of the pharma industry.

      Expected salary range:

      $135,420- $213,400
