We are seeking an Application Owner, Marketing, to join our Sales, Service and Marketing IT Team. You will be responsible for the development and advanced support of digital marketing applications, company websites, brand & marketing tools, webinar solutions, as well as related platforms, integrations, and interfaces. Your role is a crucial part of upgrading and developing projects and processes which will positively impact users and business owners. In this position, you will report to the Director, Sales, Services and Marketing Applications.

This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

Team you belong to

You will join a multifunctional IT team and work in collaboration with many stakeholders including Digital Marketing, Privacy and Security teams, partners, and other IT teams.

What you’ll do

• Develop and support digital marketing applications, company websites, brand & marketing tools, webinar solutions, as well as related platforms, integrations and interfaces.
• Manage service providers, participate in vendor and license management activities
• Participate in architectural planning and carry out implementation decisions.
• Plan and participate in upgrade and development projects and in SAFe/Agile development processes.
• Provide technical support for the applications and support the users and business owners in application and business process issues.

Who you are

• Previous work experience in IT.
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework.
• Good skills in understanding business processes & requirements.
• Able to cooperate with different stakeholders in a multi-functional team.
• You demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge toward new technologies and trends
• Ambition to improve the ways to operate comes to you naturally
• A self-directed working style, and you are used to working in a global environment
• Excellent communication skills and fluent written and spoken English – other language skills may be considered an advantage.
