      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
      - Conduct sales presentations and liaise between the company and customers regarding pricing, services, and product launches
      - Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through partnerships with the distribution chain
      - Maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate updates and follow-ups on leads
      - Provide product quotes to customers with the support of inside sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of strong manufacturing experience with a focus on Milling, Turning, and Grooving
      - Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
      - Experience in job shop environments and assisting customers with parts processing
      - Proven ability to develop new customers and manage existing accounts
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in sales and marketing or a related field is highly regarded
      - Experience in designing special tools is a plus
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and sales management tools
      - Strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
      - Outgoing personality with excellent people skills
