What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers and collaborate with Account Managers to maximize business opportunities
- Deliver training on product features to internal employees, partners, and customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to products and services
- Develop and implement business plans with Account Managers to achieve sales targets
- Document product performance and savings to enhance future product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Proven technical experience and knowledge of cutting tools
- Strong understanding of commercial and technical terms and conditions
- US citizenship or eligible work permit
- Valid driver's license for the state of primary residence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience with CAD/CAM and application knowledge
- Project management experience in managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of digital technologies in metalworking (Industry 4.0)
- Proven track record in achieving business results
