What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers and support Account Managers in maximizing business opportunities
- Deliver training to educate internal employees, external partners, and customers on product features and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during product implementation
- Coordinate interactions between technical and commercial departments to ensure project success
- Develop business plans with Account Managers to increase market share and meet financial targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Proven technical experience and knowledge with cutting tools
- Strong understanding of commercial and technical terms and conditions
- Experience in project management and managing customer relationships
- Must possess a current driver’s license valid for the state of primary residence

- Relevant experience with CAD/CAM systems and application knowledge
- Knowledge of digital technologies in metalworking (Industry 4.0)
- A proven track record in delivering strong business results
- Strong organizational and structured business-oriented approach
