      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and technical support for research applications, resolving user tickets
      - Coach users on application functionality and best practices
      - Gather business requirements from end-users to enhance application efficiencies
      - Document procedures and processes to ensure repeatability and data sharing
      - Troubleshoot and solve users’ problems related to applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
      - Previous industry experience as a site coordinator, clinical CRO experience, or similar service provider
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets
      - Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
      - Experience in an Electronic Data Capture or electronic Source Document application environment preferred

      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management and external partners
      - Experience with application configuration and data loading
