What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate customer needs to the team
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service, and product releases
- Generate and develop new prospect accounts to increase revenue
- Maintain customer accounts and provide product quotes as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background, particularly in Milling, Turning, and Grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to assist customers with processing parts and applying tools correctly
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing special tools
- Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product
- Degree in sales and marketing is highly regarded
- Strong people skills with an outgoing personality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
