What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts and generate new business opportunities for solid round and insert cutting tools
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations to meet customer needs in metalworking
- Liaise between customers and the employer regarding pricing, service, and product releases
- Provide detailed information on products and services while updating customers on modifications
- Prepare sales and marketing reports and maintain accurate customer account information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to develop new customers and manage existing accounts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of managing multiple tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product
- Background in designing special tools is highly regarded
- Job shop experience is a plus
- Degree in sales and marketing is preferred
- Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
