What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to assess their applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate product capabilities to clients
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, services, and product launches
- Generate and develop new accounts through partnerships with the distribution chain
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring effective follow-up on leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on milling, turning, or grooving
- Strong knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
- Ability to assist customers with application and processing of parts
- Proven experience in account management and customer development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools
- Background in sales and marketing, preferably with a degree in a related field
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
