What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and liaise with customers on pricing and product launches
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue
- Maintain and update customer accounts and provide product quotes as needed
- Attend training meetings to stay current on product modifications and enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to develop new customers
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product
- Degree in sales and marketing is highly regarded
- Experience in designing special tools is a plus
- Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
