      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
      - Provide testing support and document problems and solutions in case tracking systems
      - Develop and maintain procedural and reference manuals for system users
      - Communicate process changes and enhancements to staff and management
      - Analyze formal test results to discover and resolve defects and configuration issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates degree in a related field or equivalent education
      - One to three years of experience in the insurance industry
      - High level of experience with core software applications
      - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of experience in the insurance industry
      - Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software testing solutions
      - Demonstrated project management skills
      - Working knowledge of data import for report software and spreadsheets
      - Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
