  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Create and manage tickets documenting user issues and requests using the incident tracking system
  - Resolve Tier 1 issues independently and document Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues
  - Perform troubleshooting using limited SQL queries and monitor system interfaces to assess data discrepancies
  - Participate in quality assurance activities including developing test plans, executing tests, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  - Provide training and user support to business clients, along with writing user documentation and training materials
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
  - Familiarity with web-based application development technologies such as .NET, XML, and SQL
  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  - Experience testing web applications and managing testing resources
  - SQL development experience
  - Experience creating test plans and executing test scripts for System and User Acceptance Testing
  - Healthcare industry experience
