      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist users via chat to solve technical problems using predefined steps
      - Triage and manage incoming tickets for technical support
      - Troubleshoot application issues related to app access, practice location, providers, and telehealth
      - Execute sub-tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under supervision
      - Provide effective customer service through clear and concise communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
      - Associate Degree
      - Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
      - Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders
      - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to read/write simple SQL statements or run SQL statements written by other team members
