- Experience working in a support role, preferably with ServiceNow
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong time management skills with an emphasis on efficiency

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Admin certification and Salesforce Service Cloud certification
- Experience with APIs and Postman to enhance operational efficiency
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role
