What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems and provide L1/L2 application production support
- Monitor critical system alerts, perform initial diagnosis, and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage incidents and requests, maintaining communication with stakeholders during major incidents
- Document knowledge articles and maintain the team's knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to resolve production system issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support within a fintech environment
- Strong understanding of applications in a Linux environment and cloud computing
- Proficiency in SQL Database queries and relational database concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Good understanding of the ITIL V3/4 framework
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and automation/AI technologies
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog and Grafana
- Knowledge of Redis and log queries
