What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming requests and resolving user issues
- Collaborate with various internal and external departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and initiatives
- Maintain system and user administration for the organization
- Evaluate and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Lead or participate in projects related to systems integration, including mapping, design, testing, and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in managing enterprise platforms and solutions
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours
- Experience with CRMs like Zendesk and administrative knowledge of title production software such as Qualia, Resware, or Softpro
- Ability to travel for quarterly team and company events and meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for working with and learning new technologies
- Ability to quickly learn new software and drive implementation and adoption across the company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
