What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and resolve user inquiries for the organization's platforms and applications
- Collaborate with various internal and external departments to ensure effective systems implementation
- Lead or participate in projects related to systems integration, including mapping, design, and testing
- Train and educate employees on systems, integrations, and process changes
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements for existing systems and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems
- 0-4 years of experience in managing enterprise platforms and solutions
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Zendesk
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Title and escrow industry experience
- Administrative knowledge of title production software such as Qualia, Resware, or Softpro
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for learning and working with new technologies
